During the design phase, we build the front and back of house using state-of-the-art 3D software. We include models of actual chairs and seating, furniture, cooking equipment, and lighting, as well as any custom design elements, store graphics and murals within the space to give you the most accurate and complete view of the final restaurant BEFORE anything is even built. You can even strap on the virtual reality goggles and take a virtual tour!

Having a beautiful front of house is important for your guests, but having a thought out back of house is key to making the restaurant work smoothly and efficiently. Our 3D drawings will use your actual kitchen equipment to best utilize the space in terms of fit, flow, and ease of use, as well as plan for plumbing, gas and electrical requirements.

Once the design is finalized, we will generate a detailed set of scaled plans. We then work with architects and mechanical engineers for plumbing, electrical, structural, and foodservice equipment, designs and specifications to obtain the required permits, competitively bid the project, and release to the contractor for construction. We will work closely with you through the design phase, into bidding and negotiations, and offer assistance throughout the construction period.
